Local Pickup Options
If you are local to the Triangle and want to pick up at one of our Farmers' market stalls, you can select the 'local pickup' shipping option to save on shipping. Then tell us in the order comment section if you'd like to pick up your order at a particular market. If we receive your order by Thursday, we can usually bring your order to the market, saving you time and money. Please note that the weather can affect our market attendance. Blowing thunderstorms and soap mix a little too well, so we may not attend every market day. You can also call us to arrange pickup from our workshop. (Note: workshop pickups are by scheduled appointment only -- you MUST call us to arrange a shop pickup.)
Easy Payment Options
We accept credit cards, personal checks, money orders and PayPal payments. For fastest shipping, use your American Express, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover. A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks. PayPal payments should be sent to sales@moondancesoaps.com All personal information you provide is considered confidential and restricted solely to our office use.
Gift Certificates Available
You can order a gift certificate in any amount of $5.00 or more. We will send our latest catalog and a gift card with the certificate. Use item GIFTCERT in your order and specify the amount. There is no shipping charge for gift certificates. Please be sure to select the Gift Certificate Shipping Class when you use our online shopping cart system. Ship-To Addresses
We can only allow one "Ship To" address per order unless the additional "Ship To" addresses are for gift certificates. To ship products to more than one address you may call for custom service or place multiple online orders.
Shipping and Handling
Most orders under 2 lbs in weight are shipped via US Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days from date of shipment. Orders over 2 pounds in weight may be shipped via UPS Ground or US Parcel Post. All orders in excess of $100 which qualify for our Free Shipping offer will be sent via UPS Ground. To qualify, the order must be shipping to a single address within the continental United States excluding Alaska. Rush delivery services are also available. Please call for details.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If you are not completely delighted with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve your issues.

We recycle all of our boxes and shipping materials whenever possible. It might not be "pretty" but we feel it's pretty practical!
