Once you have your return authorization number, carefully package the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories or documentation that came with it.

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that the refunded amount will be minus shipping costs.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please provide us with photos of the issue. This will help us expedite the process and ensure that we can assist you in your return accordingly.
