It's a unique blend of Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil and Cocoa Butter, mixed with just the right amount of scent, subtle, not overdone. With no added water, this concentrated body butter goes a long, long way with just the smallest dab.

Use as your regular moisturizer for overall skin health as well as for the treatment of rashes, sunburn, wind burn and dry, chapped skin. The perfect "Belly Butter" for expectant mommas. Great for massage usage as well.

I only buy this body butter — even after I moved

This body cream is my absolute favorite. It lasted so long, too, at least a year (I used it only for a nice shine for special occasions!). I found Moondance at the Durham farmers market in either 2021 or 2022 and have moved away to NYC since, but this is still the only body butter I buy and ship to me!

I started buying this body butter while I was in graduate school in North Carolina 20 years ago. I've since relocated to my home state of Virginia. I've been requesting this for Christmas and buying it for myself and others ever since. I'm told my skin is "soooooooo soft!" Nice for a middle-aged gal to hear! I love supporting small family businesses, especially those that are kind to the environment AND the best at what they do. Thanks, Moondance!

Luscious Body Butter Used UP 5 containers!!!!!!

We always got this body butter (lavender citrus) when moon dance came to the Durham farmers market. Now we’ve moved to Oklahoma and miss our supply (boyfriend uses it constantly to moisturize. Lovely smell for people trying to stay away from chemically perfumes and find a healthier (okay for hormones) substitute. Great brand and company!!!!

The absolute best!

This body butter is the perfect thing for a massage. It isn't too greasy or slippery. The shea butter beads melt as your hands get warmer and the fragrance is pleasant without being too...anything. It is just so lovely! I have given this as a gift to several people and they all loved it, too!
